ORDERING PROCEDURE:

1)  Click on Wholesale or Retail Order Placement  from the main menu.  Enter your username and password.

2)  Choose a category.


3)  Enter the quantity of the item you need and press Order.

4)  From the screen below, you can change or delete items in your Cart.  If more items are needed, choose the category from the pull-down menu as done in step 2. Otherwise, choose Check Out to place the order.

5)  The billing and shipping address is displayed.  On this screen, you can add notes, Need By Date, and the person who placed the order.  By default, the ship to address is the same as the bill-to address.  This can be changed by clicking the Send To Following button and changing the address.  Items can also be deleted and changed on this screen.  If the order is correct, click on Submit Order.

6)  Order Confirmation.  The literature order number is given for reference when checking the order status.  This number will also be sent to the customer via e-mail for future use when checking the order.  The order is now complete.
