CHECKING ORDER STATUS:

1)  Click on the Order Status Button.  Enter your username and password.

2)  A list of all orders is now displayed.  Click on the "+" button to expose the order detail and shipping status.  Please note that UPS tracking information will not be available from this screen.  If tracking is absolutely necessary, send an e-mail to chris.miller@eljer.com and include the order number as reference.
