ELJER APPOINTS MILLER DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
AND PRODUCT MANAGER KITCHEN SINKS

            DALLAS, TX – November 2005 –  Eljer, Inc. announces the promotion of Chris Miller to director of marketing and product manager kitchen sinks according to Ken Keane, vice president of consumer sales.  In this new role, Miller will handle the direction and management of all of Eljer's marketing efforts.  

Miller, a 15 year veteran of Eljer, most recently held the position of marketing manager.  Miller's position as director of marketing will expand to include overseeing activities such as merchandising, public relations, packaging, online presence, and the creation of literature.  In addition to his new role directing all marketing efforts, Miller will also be handling the position of product manager for kitchen sinks providing support, training and competitive market analysis to the Eljer field staff.

During Miller's career with Eljer he has served in a variety of roles ranging from a design service consultant to technical writer to an operations manager.  Miller's focus in recent years has been marketing and his experience, knowledge and commitment to Eljer in this new role will help to further enhance Eljer's customer satisfaction.
