ELJER APPOINTS VULLO VICE PRESIDENT OF PROCUREMENT

DALLAS, TX – October 2005 –  Eljer, Inc. announces the promotion of Frank Vullo to vice president of procurement according to Jim Harris, president.  In this new role, Vullo will manage the supply chain interactions, continue to deliver innovative new products to the marketplace and focus on maximizing efficiencies both internally and externally for Eljer.  

Vullo, a 24 year veteran of Eljer, most recently held the position of director of product management.  During Vullo's tenure in that position, he was able to streamline the supply chain process and continually implemented the "best in class" programs and products that Eljer is known for within the industry.  Vullo will bring his experience, knowledge and commitment to further enhance Eljer's customer satisfaction in his new position. 

Throughout Vullo's career with Eljer he has served in a variety of roles ranging from a key customer contact to field sales associate to product manager.

Vullo holds a bachelor's degree from State University of New York at Geneseo and currently resides in Plano, TX.
